Pre-Approval

1st Step

Interview loan officers, or use one of my recommended licensed loan officers. Once decided, fill out a loan application and obtain a pre-approval letter.

Consultation

2nd Step

We will meet to talk about your goals, ideal location and house criteria. I will also explain buyer representation, the buying process and provide state mandatory paperwork.

Private House Tours

3rd Step

I can provide access to every property on the market, as well as off-market properties. We will tour homes and I update you immediately when a new home that fit your criteria hits the market.

Make an offer

4th Step

When you are ready to make an offer, I will go over market valuation, strategies. Once a decision is reached, I will prepare the offer paperwork and have you review. Once you signed off on it, I will submit it to the listing agent. Signatures can be done electronically or on paper.

Negotiation

5th Step

Based on market data, experience and timing, I will explain the risk and reward of each negotiation strategies and recommend an approach.

Reach Agreement

6th Step

Once both parties agree to the contract terms and settlement date, the offer is signed by both sellers and buyers. The signed offer becomes a legal contract of sale.

Home Inspection

7th Step

Having a qualified inspector to look over your home is extremely important, even if you purchase the home as-is. You are welcome to pick a trusted home inspector, or use one of my recommend licensed inspectors. This is an opportunity to ask for repairs, if any.

Loan process

8th Step

By this time of the buying process, you should be working with the loan officer by providing all of the necessary paperwork for review and approval.

Final WalkThrough

9th Step

We will walk through the home to make sure everything is intact and up to expectation. Typically this is done the day prior to closing.

Closing day

10th Step

On the day of closing, you will bring the rest of the down payment (if any) and sign loan and closing documents. You will receive a copy of all paperwork and keys before departure. Congratulations on your new home!
