Review Offers and Negotiation

I will vet and explain each offer to you, while providing recommendations along the way. As a Certified Residential Specialist, I am trained in negotiating a win-win offer.

Once an offer has accepted, I will outline the expectations in the next several weeks to come.

Closing

Prior to closing, I will work with you and the title company to organize all of the paperwork necessary, including mortgage payoff (if any), home inspection repairs (if any) and escrow.
